Key Account Officer

Role Summary:

Key Account Associate will be supporting client relationships, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring projects and services are delivered in line with client expectations.

1. Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
2. Understand client needs and coordinate internal responses.
3. Follow up on quotations, proposals, orders, and project deliverables.
4. Work with the project and design teams to ensure timely delivery.

5.Maintain accurate client records and update account information.

6. Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and improve customer satisfaction.
