Trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises worldwide, Cycode was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Software Supply Chain Security and in the IDC MarketScape for ASPM. Founded in 2019 and backed by leading investors including Insight Partners and YL Ventures, Cycode is building the future of secure, AI-native software development.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a proven track record to join our Customer Success team. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and is a strategic member of the team.
As a TAM, you will be the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers, from mid-sized organizations through Fortune 500 companies. You will own the technical health of each account: guiding deployment and integration across the customer’s development environment, driving adoption of the platform and its AI capabilities, resolving complex technical issues, and turning all of it into measurable security outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, and/or cybersecurity. You must be able to explain technology in both technical and non-technical terms. You should be equally comfortable holding strategic conversations with C-level executives and running technical deep dives with engineers.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts across different industries.
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment. Plan and guide the integration of Cycode with customers’ source control, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, ticketing systems, and other tools in their ecosystem to ensure fast time-to-value.
- Own the technical health of your accounts. Monitor configuration, coverage, and usage, and proactively identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Act as the technical escalation point for your customers. Troubleshoot complex issues and drive them to resolution together with Support and R&D.
- Understand each customer’s architecture, security program, pain points, compelling events, and success measures. Build technical success plans that drive adoption, timely renewals, and expansion while minimizing churn.
- Drive adoption of Cycode AI, Maestro, and agentic workflows. Help customers put AI-driven prioritization and remediation into practice and govern AI usage across their development lifecycle.
- Run regular technical cadences and business reviews (QBRs, EBRs) with security, engineering, and executive stakeholders to continuously demonstrate value and ROI.
- Deliver technical enablement and training on how to best administer, configure, and optimize the platform, including policies, workflows, dashboards, and APIs.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally. Bring product feedback and feature requests to Product and R&D to help improve our platform and services.
- Proactively educate customers on new features and capabilities added to the Cycode platform.
- Document each customer’s environment, use cases, configurations, and integrations throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Create advocacy and evangelism opportunities for customers.
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or another technical customer-facing role with enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience in the software development and/or cybersecurity industry
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience deploying, integrating, or troubleshooting enterprise software in complex customer environments
- Familiarity with Application Security (AppSec) concepts, and experience in cybersecurity preferred
- Familiarity with SCM tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, as well as CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs
- Proven project management skills, with experience managing Fortune 500 customers and/or complex technical projects that achieved high customer satisfaction
- Experience managing a portfolio of at least $3M in ARR
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both engineers and executives and to build strong, trusted relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs
- High integrity, a team player ready to help others, and a self-starter with intellectual curiosity
